If you lose your password, you can reset it using the dedicated form. A unique link will be sent to the email address you provide.
Password reset screen
On the login screen, click the Forgot password? link. You will be taken to the password reset page.
Above the form, the system path is displayed: „ Password reset".
The form has the main heading Password reset and the following instruction: „Enter your email and we will send you a link to set a new password.".

- Enter your email address in the E-mail field (e.g.

- A confirmation message that the email has been sent will appear on the screen: „If an account exists for this email, we sent a password reset link.".
Below the form, there is a Back to sign in link — it lets you safely cancel the operation and return to the main login screen (as described in section 1.2 Logging in to the system).
Password reset email
If the email address you entered exists in the Safety Software database, you will see a new message in your inbox.
- Subject: „Reset your password".
In the message, you will find a request to reset your password and a link that lets you set a new password. The message also reminds you that the link is temporary (e.g. „The link is valid for 60 minutes".
After you click the button or link in the email, the system will redirect you back to the application to the password change form. There, you will need to enter your new, secure password and confirm it.
