Not every company needs a large implementation project. Sometimes the smartest first step is a review of one risk assessment. Sometimes it is hands-on team training. And sometimes it is a process pilot on a real machine. That is why every engagement begins by establishing the current position, the expected outcome and the people responsible on the client side.
We combine risk assessment methodology, practical workflow design and Safety Software configuration. We do not take over the manufacturer’s responsibility for design decisions, and we do not present our services as machine certification or formal confirmation of conformity. At the end, the client receives the agreed deliverable: a working process, a trained team, a corrective action list, a transition plan or a prepared environment.

Frequently asked questions about our services
Which service should we start with?
If your company does not yet have a consistent process, an implementation pilot is usually the best place to start. If the process already exists but specific concerns have emerged, a focused review of one risk assessment is often enough.
Can the services be delivered remotely?
Training, consultancy, document reviews and most implementation work can be delivered remotely. Inspections, measurements and work at the machine require a separately defined on-site scope.
Do we need to commit to a large implementation immediately?
No. You can start with one assessment, one workshop or one machine, then use the pilot results to decide what—if anything—should happen next.
Do you take over the manufacturer’s responsibility for the machine?
No. We help structure the process, documentation and decisions, but technical approval and the manufacturer’s responsibility remain with the client.
Do you certify machinery or provide legal opinions?
Not under this service offering. A personal certificate of training completion confirms that the participant completed the programme, but it is not certification of competence or certification of the machine. If the project requires a lawyer, laboratory or notified body, we identify that as a separate element of the scope.
