Registration in Safety Software is a two-step process. In the first step, you confirm your email address, and in the second, you set up the administrator account and workspace (Tenant).
Step 1 of 2 — email address verification
On the registration page, you will see a form with the heading Start an audit and the indicator Step 1 of 2.
- On the Sign in screen, click the Register your company link — it is located below the sign-in button, next to the text „Don't have an account yet?".
- Enter your work email address in the Business e-mail field (e.g.
john.smith@example.com). - Click the Continue button.
- The system displays the message: „We sent a verification link. Please check your inbox.".
If the message does not arrive right away, check your spam folder and wait a few minutes. Only then use the Change e-mail option shown below the form and resend it.
Below the form there is also the link „Already have an account?" Sign in — use it if your account already exists.
Verification email
You will receive an email at the address provided with the subject „Confirm your registration - Safety Software".
Message content:
- Heading: „Welcome to Safety Software!"
- Content: „Thank you for registering. Click the button below to activate your account."
- Button: Activate account — click it to proceed to step 2.
- Alternative link: If the button does not work, copy the provided link and paste it into your browser.

The activation link is valid for 60 minutes. After it expires, you must repeat step 1.
Step 2 of 2 — account setup
After clicking the verification link, the Account setup form opens.
Above the form, you will see:
- The Change e-mail link (return to step 1),
- The description: „You are creating a new workspace (Tenant)." and „You will be its Administrator.".
Your verified email is displayed as a read-only field labeled Your e-mail.

The Company name (Tenant) field includes the hint „Visible in reports". The company name can be completed later in settings.
Password strength meter
Below the Password field, the Password strength indicator is displayed with four levels:

Use a password with a strength of at least Good to keep your account secure.
Consents and terms
Before submitting the form, you must accept the required consents:

Submitting the form
After completing all fields and accepting the consents, click the Launch dashboard button.
What happens after registration
After successful registration, the system automatically:
- Creates your workspace (Tenant) with an administrator account.
- Activates a 14-day trial plan with full functionality.
- Creates a sample demo project (DEMO) so you can become familiar with the risk assessment process.
- Redirects you to the Dashboard with the message: „Welcome! Your trial account is active.".
On the Dashboard, the First project guide widget will appear and guide you through your first project step by step. More on onboarding in section 1.7 Onboarding — guide to your first project.
The data provided during registration creates the first administrator of the workspace. This account will later manage projects, company data, and user permissions.

Next to the registration form, a panel displays key information:
- 14-day trial (full functionality)
- No credit card required
- GDPR compliance and EU data residency
Panel heading: „Your documentation" „in one place."
Description: „After creating an account you will get immediate access to the ISO standards library and the Risk Assessment wizard."
