Standard login to Safety Software — login screen, form fields, remember session option.

After creating your account, you start each subsequent session from the standard login screen.

Login screen

On the Sign in page, you will see a form with the subtitle „Enter your credentials to access the dashboard.".

Above the heading, the context „Secure Access" is displayed.

Form fields

Field Description Example
E-mail (or username) Email address used during registration john.smith@example.com
Password Password set during registration ••••••••

Remember session option

Below the password field, there is a Remember me on this device checkbox. If you select it, the system will not require you to log in again on subsequent visits from the same device.

Logging in

  1. Enter your email address in the E-mail (or username) field (e.g. john.smith@example.com).
  2. Enter your password in the Password field.
  3. Optionally select Remember me on this device.
  4. Click the Enter System button.

Next to the password field label, there is a Forgot password? link — use it if you forgot your password. See section 1.3 Password reset for more information.

After logging in

If two-step verification (2FA) is enabled for your account, after you enter your password an additional screen with a one-time code will appear. See section 1.4 Two-step verification for details.

If 2FA is not enabled, the system will immediately redirect you to the Dashboard with a welcome message (e.g. „Logged in successfully. Welcome, John!" based on message Signed in successfully. Welcome, :name!).

Additional screen elements

Below the login form, you will see two links:

  • „Don't have an account yet?” Register your company — takes you to new account registration (section 1.1 Registration).
  • Forgot password? — takes you to the password reset form (section 1.3 Password reset).

On the right side of the login form, a system status panel is displayed (Uptime, Security). This panel is for information only and does not require any action.
